In this layout, the borders are just blue cardstock cut with cloud scissors. When I began scrapbooking I began cropping pictures, noticing I had quite a bit of "extra". As you'll see, some pages have only 3 photos on them and this page, since I did not use frames, I was able to put 5 photos on the page.
